21 Days Digital Detox
Your phone should be a tool, not a chain. This is not about throwing away technology; it's about reclaiming your attention, your peace, and your presence. We will build a healthy relationship with screens so you can live more fully in the real world. We will do our best to make this course feel as real as possible, and although we’d love for you to spend a lot of screen time with us, all our exercises will require pen and paper, so get/buy that notebook or pad you've seen at the supermarket—it doesn't have to be the most sophisticated or expensive, even an old notebook can work; together we'll make it happen.

Sneak Peek
Most people underestimate their phone usage by about 50%. Awareness is the first step toward change. Today we face the truth with compassion, not judgment. Your phone was designed by thousands of engineers to be addictive—this is not your problem. Neuropsychologically, compulsive phone use does not stem from a lack of willpower, but from dopaminergic reward circuits trained to seek constant micro-stimulation.
Every notification, like, and scroll gives you a small hit of dopamine. Over time, your brain becomes desensitized, needing more stimulation to feel the same pleasure. That's why real life can feel "boring." Your reward system needs recalibration.
Social media shows the best moments of other people, but not the complete reality. The brain does not distinguish between real and digital comparison. Both activate circuits of threat and insufficiency. Repeatedly exposing yourself to edited lives erodes self-esteem without you noticing.
